The Intercompany Sub‑Process Owner is accountable for the end‑to‑end design, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Intercompany sub‑process at Nokia. The role ensures that Intercompany processes are globally consistent, audit‑ready, SOX‑compliant, and effectively embedded into operational execution across regions, systems, and transformation programs.

You have:

  • University or college degree in finance / accounting / economics.
  • 10+ years of experience preferably profile
  • Good knowledge of common finance & accounting concepts
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced Excel

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Precise and Quality oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Accountable for the design, build, execution framework, and governance of the Intercompany sub‑process globally. Acts as the single process authority for Intercompany across Nokia.
  • Ensure all Intercompany documentation is current, accurate, and approved, including: SOPs, guidelines and instructions, Process flowcharts and narratives, SIPOC documentation, RACI matrices and ensure documentation reflects actual operating model and system design as part of various Projects.
  • Coordinate and propose policy or accounting process changes impacting Intercompany.
  • Ensure consistent application of Nokia accounting policies and IFRS principles within Intercompany activities. Own and drive automation initiatives and process improvements within Intercompany and Participate in decision‑making for all digital or automation initiatives affecting the sub‑process.
  • Ensure all SOX controls linked to Intercompany correctly reflect process design and execution and Maintain alignment between controls, documentation, and operational practice.
  • Serve as accountability owner for Intercompany‑related audit topics and Support internal and external audits by providing: Process explanations and Documentation by Control clarifications and remediation inputs
  • Define Intercompany process KPIs (quality, aging, mismatches, reconciliation health, etc.) and Review, measure, and regularly communicate KPI performance to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain interlocks with: Other R2R sub‑process owners and CFO functions and interfacing finance towers and ensure dependencies and interfaces are clearly governed.
