Must-Have:

  • Solid knowledge of HR operations and employee services

  • Experience providing advisory services across multiple HR topics

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage sensitive matters

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work effectively in a regional or multi-country environment

Nice-To-Have:

  • Knowledge or exposure to designing AI-enabled or automation solutions

  • Experience contributing to the design or optimization of automated People processes

  • Familiarity with digital HR platforms and emerging technologies

  • Ability to collaborate with technical or transformation teams

Willingness to participate in pilots and change initiatives related to AI solutions

  • Provide comprehensive People Care advisory services for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for People-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance.

  • Support managers with onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and exits in compliance with policies and legislation.

  • Deliver high-quality HR services via multiple channels while ensuring strong employee experiences.

  • Manage complex People Care cases and maintain ownership of case resolution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation.

  • Collaborate with Country People Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and regional alignment.

  • Actively participate in projects focused on AI and automation to enhance People Care services and employee satisfaction.
