The Solution Manager will take full ownership of the complete solution, requiring an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and evolution to effectively consult with customers while promoting Nokia’s advantageous offerings. This leader must define a comprehensive strategy that considers Nokia's product availability and effectively communicates this vision to the account team, ensuring that all efforts are strategically aligned to meet customer needs and drive mutual success.
You have:
- Solid Radio Access Network competence, as well as base skills and strong commitment to develop expertise for upcoming technologies such as 5G/CloudRAN/SMO etc.
- Consultative selling skills
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skill
- Presentation experience to a wide spectrum of audience including customer Cx Os
- Customer engagement experience.
- Solid understanding for Mobile networks Radio Portfolio and Solutions including Small Cells, Wi Fi, Controllers…etc.
- Japanese language capability is essential as this role is customer facing
- Business English language capability is essential.
It would be great if you also had:

Mobile broadband radio networks planning & optimization experience is a plus.

Having at least 5-8 years of experience in Radio Solutions (more is a plus).

Ability to provide Deep Dive on all Radio Specific Functionality to Customer.

Market and operator business understanding.

Experience in tendering and sales function.

Basic Financial understanding is a plus.

Knowledge on competition is a plus.

Experience in backhaul technologies such as fiber, copper and microwave

Engage and understand customer requirements and painpoints

Identify business opportunities and strategize with Sales.

Prepare product, solution package, presentation, and proposal for customers with value justifications.

Align with internal stakeholders (Business Line, backend sales support team) for product requirements & business case for customer
