Remote Digital Worker Engineer 2
The MW Remote Site Worker is responsible for performing remote support activities related to Microwave (MW) network deployments. This role includes validating field installation work, reviewing site documentation, supporting remote quality checks, and coordinating with onsite teams to ensure MW installation, integration, and acceptance activities meet technical and project standards. The position requires strong understanding of MW equipment, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively with deployment and engineering teams in a remote environment.
You have:
- Bachelor or above, telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related major preferred with 4 to 10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Microwave installation and commissioning standards, quality processes, and site audit practices.
- Experience performing site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and managing installation deviations.
- Familiarity with remote supervision tools such as live video walkthroughs, photo validation, and digital checklists.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements, electrical safety practices, and working‑at‑heights safety protocols.
It would be nice if you also had:

Identify deviations from approved installation standards and provide clear corrective‑action guidance to onsite engineers.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) requirements during all site‑related activities.

Track corrective actions and confirm closure of identified issues through follow‑up remote checks.

Conduct remote inspections of telecom installations using live video sessions, photos, and digital documentation as per defined procedures.

Demonstrate knowledge of Microwave installation standards, including antenna mounting, ODU/IDU installation, cabling, grounding, and alignment practices.

Perform remote verification of MW installations against approved engineering designs and quality checklists.

Lead live video walkthroughs with field teams to validate installation quality, workmanship, and compliance.

Review and verify installation reports, photo evidence, and quality-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
