WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and focuses on JD Sports with additional responsibilities across multi-channels. The Senior Jordan Sales Representative reports to the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) GM of Sales at Nike’s Philip H. Knight (PHK) campus and collaborates closely with APLA Jordan Sport teams and the Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Sales team to deliver premium marketplace experiences.

Nike is seeking a dynamic Senior Jordan Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. This individual will drive strategy development, execute marketing plans, and manage relationships with key partners to elevate the Jordan brand. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep knowledge of sports culture and retail trends. They excel at building influential relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering compelling product presentations. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Key Qualifications:

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Role is onsite at our office in Petaling Jaya)

5 years of experience in either field sales, retail buying, merchandising, or sales planning/analysis

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of sports industry trends and merchandising strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to leverage financial data for decision-making

Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will shape and execute Jordan’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy through strong partnerships and impactful storytelling. From seasonal planning to sell-through execution, you’ll ensure the Jordan brand thrives in the marketplace.

Manage key accounts and serve as the primary contact for all Jordan-related matters

Execute seasonal sell-in activities and deliver persuasive product and brand presentations

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams

Develop accurate seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans

Ensure timely submission of orders and coordinate order tracking and retail launch details

Identify incremental growth opportunities and implement product strategies

Drive retail elevation across markets and share best practices across teams
