WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role requires balancing bold creative expression with intuitive, shop‑able design that performs across devices and geographies.
You bring:

- Significant experience designing for mobile-first digital environments and global consumer audiences
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll shape how the Converse brand shows up across its most important owned digital channel—converse.com—bringing creative vision to life at scale. From concept to execution, you’ll lead design and copy that connects culture, commerce, and consumer, ensuring every experience feels authentic, elevated, and unmistakably Converse.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the creative vision and expression of the Converse brand across global e‑commerce experiences
- Partner with Sr Director, Global Brand Creative and Digital Strategy to make converse.com the pinnacle digital destination for the brand
- Create and evolve graphic standards and creative direction across all global digital touchpoints

- Translate brand and category strategy into clear, compelling digital storytelling that drives engagement and conversion
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand Creative, Digital Direct, Marketing, Site Experience, Merchandising, and regional teams
- Lead production excellence by delivering high‑quality assets, presentations, and toolkits for internal and external partners
