Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Collections Analyst located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Collections Manager, Collections Analyst role involves will be responsible for minimizes financial risk to the organization by negotiating and advising on collection of overdue bills and taking appropriate actions to recover overdue payments.

What a typical day looks like:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payments.
• Resolve disputes in a manner that protects the organization’s financial interests and maintains positive customer relations.
• Forecast analysis
• Cash application
• Invoicing
• Customer maintenance

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor's degree (administrative-finance area)
• Conversational english (good speaking)
• MS office
