To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Debug Technician located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering, the Test Technician role is responsible for verifying, diagnosing, and ensuring the quality and proper functioning of medical products through functional testing, failure analysis, and direct support to the manufacturing process. The position involves executing standardized test procedures, analyzing technical issues, supporting production troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet specifications, operate reliably, and are manufactured in accordance with established standards.

What a typical day looks like:

Verify, diagnose, repair and ensure the quality and proper functioning of medical products through functional testing, failure analysis, and support to the manufacturing process.

  • Performs functional testing on medical products, sub-assemblies, and systems to verify proper operation and compliance with specifications.
  • Diagnoses, analyzes, and identifies product and process failures using established troubleshooting and failure analysis techniques.
  • Ensure medical products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements before release to the next manufacturing stage.
  • Supports the manufacturing process by providing technical assistance during testing, troubleshooting, and failure resolution activities.
  • Uses measuring and diagnostic instruments (e.g., multimeter, caliper) to evaluate electrical, dimensional part and functional performance.
  • Identifies technical issues related to test processes and escalates findings as required.
  • Assists engineering and quality teams in continuous improvement activities related to test processes and product reliability.
  • Provides technical support to production to minimize downtime while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems of medical products.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • High school diploma / Technical degree in Electronics or related field.
  • Experience in production processes.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to use mechanical tools.
  • Experience using measuring instruments (multimeter).
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
  • Knowledge of sub-assembly repair.
