Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a located in Guadalajara , North Campus.,

The Training specialist role involves responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Contributes to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within an organization.

  • Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better recognize changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.

  • Formulates teaching outline and define instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

  • Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.

  • Identifies or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically requires of training experience.

  • Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.

  • Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.

  • Office skills: intermediate-advanced Excel.

  • Communication and customer service skills.

  • Data Analytics

  • English Intermediated
