As an HR Services Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective HR service support to our employees and management. You will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent service to support the overall HR function.
You will report directly to our HR Manager and you’ll work out of our Corporate location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the employee experience by ensuring timely and accurate HR service delivery, supporting HR initiatives, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR services within the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Relevant experience in HR service delivery or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and data management tools.
- Experience with HR software platforms and reporting tools.
- Organization management
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR services or HR administration roles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Support the execution of HR processes including employee onboarding, data management, and HR inquiries resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR service activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with reporting and data analysis as needed.
