Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Systems Analyst IT located in Tijuana.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the **Warehouse Systems Analyst IT’s **role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
• May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,
• Create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
• Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
• Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
• Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements related to metric tracking activities.
• Tracks warehouse management performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Design, manage and control all data investigation tool
• A background in medical industry is desired.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• MRP System Knowledge
• Project Management Skills.
• Basic-Mid knowledge in level processes
• Programming and data base management Experience: C++, C#, ASPX, Angular, MS Visual Basic, MS SQL, Oracle DB, SSR and MS Azure.
