MUST HAVE

• Bachelor´s degree completed (Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to provide engineering support to the Project Manager and follow up with project teams.
• Engineering background with Project Management knowledge.
• Strong project leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively as a project leader.
• Experience implementing process or project improvements.
• Availability to travel 60–75%.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate and structure project teams.
• Experience working on projects with various international clients, attending meetings with Project Managers, and assigning tasks to the team.
• Background in project management and personnel coordination.
