What a typical day looks like:

• 负责对生产现场的作业分析并规划系统性的改善方案，对制造流程涉及的人、机、料、法、环进行精益改善，提升整体工效。
• 负责对产线进行专案提效增产改善。
• 负责生产现场物流的优化和车间布局优化调整。
• 负责工装治具的优化改善。
• 负责策划改善专项活动，并组织推进活动实施。
• 负责对生产相关人员改善知识的培训及能力培养，提升团队能力。
• 开发精益生产思想、工具、方法的培训体系课程。
• 遵守并提醒他人遵守公司和部门的环境健康安全规则和要求，报告工作区域的不安全状况或风险，支持环境健康安全改进项目的实施。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5年以上工业制造领域的工作经验。
• 大专及以上学历，工业工程专业优先。
• 对精益工具与知识有一定的了解，具备一定的项目推进能力。
