Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Technical Project Manager located in Zhuhai/Shenzhen.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role acts as the technical bridge among customer, design teams, suppliers, and manufacturing sites, driving architecture feasibility, development progress, system integration and mass production readiness.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage technical schedules from concept, architecture, development, validation to mass production (MP).
- Define and maintain technical timelines and ensure delivery of technical milestones.
- Drive cross-functional technical teams (System/EE/SW/ME/QA/Manufacturing) for integrated execution.
- Participate in system architecture definition, feasibility studies and technical solution evaluation.
- Review key system documents including system requirements and system design.
- Lead system-level risk analysis, DFMEA/PFMEA and ensure proper linkage to design requirements.
- Act as the main technical contact for customers, handling requirement clarification and solution alignment.
- Manage supplier interface for critical parts and coordinate technical deliverables.
- Lead manufacturing process readiness including tools, fixtures, equipment and test solutions.
- Review test strategy ensuring proper split across SW/EE/ME/QE/manufacturing tests.
- Lead cross-functional technical meetings for issue identification and resolution.
- Maintain and drive closure of action trackers and defect tracking systems.
- Guide technical team members and support capability development through workshops.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (EE, ME, Software or related fields).
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, system engineering, manufacturing engineering, or NPI. Home Appliance product experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of system integration; familiarity with EE/SW/ME fundamentals; EE background preferred.
- Knowledge of project/quality tools: DOE, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, risk management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC, casting, box build, SMT is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient in English & Mandarin.
