Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Integration Processes Superintendent located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the **Operations Manager,**the Integration Processes Superintendent is responsible for leading manual assembly and integration processes in a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency, with preference for experience in liquid cooling testing processes.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for production across multiple processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
  • Lead manual integration and assembly processes, from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
  • Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing (liquid cooling preferred), ICT, functional and drying tests.
  • Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness goals.
  • Review daily operating performance, identify gaps, and drive actions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze operational issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Coach operators and supervisors to strengthen process knowledge and execution.
  • Evaluate improvement ideas and collaborate with engineering teams to implement changes.
  • Provide technical and operational support to project teams.
  • React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS industrial engineer or similar.
  • Experience as a supervisor, process integration or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
  • Background in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing.
  • Preferred experience with liquid cooling systems and leak testing processes.
  • Proven people management and operational leadership skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems (BAAN, Flex Flow).
  • Intermediate–Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Strong experience in operational control and efficiency.
