What a typical day looks like:

• Fulfill the tasks assigned to the subunit with continuous improvement

• To take on full accountability for create material driving plan towards supply chain; provide capability on deliver object level.

• Communicate forecast, purchase request with supplier

• To initiate improvements between Flex and suppliers to secure material supply, shorten total lead time and reduce total landing cost

• Monitor and manage the supply chain delivery performance to achieve the best delivery

• To maintain professional relationship between Flex and suppliers in order to keep healthy daily business

• To optimize the use of all resources and to empower all engaged employees

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• University degree or equivalent

• Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing

• 6 years’ experience and proven track record in relevant management position with demonstrated leadership skills

• Excellent knowledge about Ericsson business and business system

• Good knowledge of electronic suppliers

• Excellent knowledge of supplier management and supply chain

• Easy going and be initiative, self-motivated and well organized

• Good interpersonal communicating skill

• Demonstrated leadership skills
