With the launch of our ad-supported model in 12 major markets, we are now working towards providing more choices for consumers and a premium, better-than-linear TV brand experience for advertisers. That said, we are looking for founding team members who will be instrumental in shaping this new business area for Netflix!

We are seeking a Senior Client Partner experienced in selling advertising solutions to enterprise clients to grow and scale Netflix Ads Mexico revenue. With your deep understanding of the digital video landscape. You will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell Netflix's full range of advertising solutions to help achieve their marketing goals.

As a Senior Client Partner, you will focus on client direct sales needs and work in lockstep with your cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about long term account development, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. This role requires travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid‑market and growth/small accounts, often handling a high number of clients in parallel while maintaining exceptional service quality

  • Generate interest and excitement around Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing Teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence ad spending decisions

  • Focus on clients’ digital and programmatic strategies, including audience planning, data strategy, analytics and measurement, and creative

  • Accelerate clients’ education and usage of Netflix’s scaled media solutions to advance their long‑term growth and business priorities

  • Apply deep knowledge of digital advertising and brand marketing to anticipate client needs, expand key relationships, and demonstrate the power of Netflix Ads

  • Identify and execute opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell, developing account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth

  • Partner closely with agency teams and cross‑functional partners to grow revenue across the business

  • Work with Marketing, Measurement, Ads Policy, Legal, Brand Partnerships, and Live Experiences teams to ensure that client needs are being met.

  • Build data‑informed, comprehensive business plans that will generate top‑line revenue growth and communicate go‑to‑market strategies with internal stakeholders.

  • Stay current on industry trends and innovation in digital media and ad technology to maintain a competitive edge and inform client strategies.

  • Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and maintain trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in roles such as Account Management, Client Partner, Account Executive, Customer Success, Ad Sales, or similar.

  • Proven experience managing and growing mid‑market and/or growth/small accounts, ideally with a high‑volume book of business.

  • Demonstrated history of expanding a client portfolio and consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Considerable experience building and closing annual agreements and client JBPs.

  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders across different client organizations; enterprise experience is a plus but not required.

  • Self‑starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player.

  • Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and brand marketing.

  • Experience in prospecting and onboarding, with a strong hunter profile – comfortable identifying, pitching, and ramping new clients.

  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes.

  • Consultative problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

  • Strong, confident presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi‑task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in fast‑paced environments such as tech platforms, digital media companies, or agencies

  • Knowledge of programmatic platforms

  • Experience in growth / mid-market teams
