Experience:

You have over 10 years of recruiting experience within a global, high-growth company. Having built and scaled advertising teams is an added advantage.

Hands-On Approach:

You are skilled in full cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, and can coach and influence senior business leaders.

Self-Directed:

You are a proactive problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to Netflix’s reputation and success.

Curious Mind:

You have an insatiable curiosity about what makes different businesses thrive and understand how various business segments interconnect and influence one another.

Market Expertise:

You possess a deep understanding of the complexities of the talent market and are eager to engage meaningfully within it.
