Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Core Software Engineering group, you will drive engineering projects and development support by collaborating with cross-functional teams across Net App, including our partners in Cloud Storage and AI. You will direct the activities of software systems development and quality assurance functions to build and maintain solutions in ONTAP. You will impact the planning, execution, and delivery of parallel projects, enabling Net App customers to embrace our Enterprise, Cloud, and AI solutions.

Education

• 12–18 years of overall industry experience in software development, cloud, or storage technologies (adjustable based on the role level).
• 6+ years of experience as a Manager, leading engineering or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to lead teams through the full software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional groups (Development, QA, Automation).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
