Job Summary
Net App is the Intelligent Data Infrastructure company, helping customers manage any data, for any application, anywhere. The EMEA Solutions Centre plays a key role in supporting internal teams and partners through reliable, high-quality pre-sales support.
The Team Supervisor is an entry-level people manager responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the EMEA Solutions Centre team. The role focuses on ensuring consistent service delivery, maintaining effective workflows, and supporting the development of early-in-career talent through hands-on supervision and regular one-to-one engagement.
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a business support, or service delivery environment, ideally within a technology setting.
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role, with responsibility for guiding and monitoring the work of others.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, priorities, and workflows in a structured, process-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
- Demonstrated interest in people development, engagement, and early-in-career talent support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with defined processes and service expectations.
- Provide hands-on support as needed and act as the first point of escalation for routine operational issues.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing coaching to team members, primarily in early-in-career roles.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings focused on performance, development, engagement, and well-being.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to ensure team readiness and confidence in role execution.
- Consistent delivery against established service levels and quality standards.
- Talent retention and progression.
