For our NBS Lisbon Source to Pay End-to-End, we are currently looking for a Procure to Order Lead Specialist. This professional will be responsible to manage the Transactional Support team and the daily claims in a timely manner, in order to ensure the continuity of supply of goods/services, drive conversations with key stakeholders and support the alignment of Transactional Support in Lisbon with the IBS’ strategy.

A day in the life of...

Ensure the timely generation of Purchase Orders from Purchase Requisitions in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs

Timely resolution of parked, blocked and GI/IR issues and escalation of critical ones to Buyers

Guarantee the accuracy of procurement related to transactional data;To warrant standard routines are updated for any potential legal or process changes

Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and KPIs in order to ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations

Engage the KPIs trends (SLAs), diagnosis of root causes, of mistakes/errors and problem solving using the NCE tools

Actively support NCE awareness, leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs/WORs/MORs/GSTD/FI

Alignment with IBS S2P strategies and develop the necessary actions for project implementation in the center

Responsible for issue escalation to the relevant stakeholders
