As a Global Design Transformation Lead at Société des Produits Nestlé, your mission is to lead the transformation of our global design ecosystem so teams worldwide can create accurate, compelling, and reusable brand and product assets. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with global, zone, and market partners to strengthen ways of working, accelerate digital adoption, and elevate design excellence across the business. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Design Transformation Lead
- Leading the global strategy to transform design ways of working and accelerate adoption of digital tools that enable design excellence.
- Driving a unified roadmap that aligns cross‑functional partners around continuous improvement in design processes, governance, and toolsets.
- Building future‑focused capabilities for Brand and Product Information so teams can capture, enhance, and reuse data and assets across the marketing ecosystem.
- Delivering global leadership for the end-to-end design process, including Label Information, by strengthening processes, training, and knowledge transfer to embed consistent standards worldwide.
- Shaping an analytics strategy that enables the business to measure design performance, improve efficiency, and demonstrate return on design investment.
- Pioneering new ways to leverage brand, packaging, and product information to create richer, data‑driven consumer experiences.
What will make you successful
- Bringing deep expertise in packaging design development, processes, and tools, complemented by brand design and marketing knowledge, to drive and elevate global standards and ways of working.
- Applying strong project leadership to guide cross functional teams, manage change, and champion digital workflows.
- Using your understanding of brand and product information to improve how data and assets flow across marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborating confidently with global, zone, and market teams to influence decisions and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- Being tech‑savvy and curious about how AI and technology can support and accelerate design transformation.
- Communicating fluently in English.
- Demonstrating the behaviours defined in the Nestlé Leadership Framework.
