Position Summary

As a Paid Media & Internal Communication Specialist, you will support the Media & Performance Marketing Manager in coordinating and implementing paid media campaigns across offline and online channels, ensuring smooth execution, asset readiness, and operational efficiency, in close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

In parallel, you will lead internal communications for Nespresso Switzerland, driving the deployment of the internal communications strategy and ensuring clear and engaging messages across all internal channels.

A Day in the Life of a Paid Media & Internal Communication Specialist

.

  • Support the rollout of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies across both offline and online paid media channels, including TV, OOH, display, and social.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of campaign assets.

  • Assist with the review of media campaigns reporting through the consolidation of key media indicators.

  • Build Nespresso's employee ICAN culture by creating and implementing an internal communications strategy and roadmap for the Swiss market.

  • Manage and animate all communication tools and internal channels accordingly (intranet, Workplace etc.).

  • Maintain a strong internal communication network with Nespresso's headquarters and Nestlé's entities.

  • Support Brand Communication functions by contributing to external storytelling and providing ad hoc support across PR, Events, Campaign Management, and other communication initiatives when required.

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent in Management, Communication, or Digital Media.

  • First professional experience in marketing, gained in a premium lifestyle consumer goods environment.

  • Good knowledge of media and social media platforms.

  • Good knowledge of the Swiss media landscape.

  • Working knowledge of social media monitoring tools and digital analytics and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication skills & ability to manage external agencies.

  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
