What You’ll Do

Own the Blueprint: Act as a high-impact advisor to Engineering leadership. You don’t just take orders; you shape strategy by bringing deep market intelligence and a "product-manager" mindset to the hiring process. You will identify and solve department-level process bottlenecks. You’ll design your own goals and KPIs, building new frameworks that prioritize recruiting outcomes and long-term scalability.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Literacy: 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a heavy focus on technical roles. You speak the language of the stack—you can explain the trade-offs and understand why a candidate’s experience is the right fit for our mission.

The Startup Edge: You have a proven track record in high-growth environments where speed and quality are non-negotiable. You have a bias for action and move faster than the market.
