### Job Description:
La misión principal implica alcanzar una autonomía técnica total para el diagnóstico y resolución de problemas (troubleshooting) en infraestructuras críticas, incluyendo Master Sites y sitios de teleradiocomunicaciones. Representará la excelencia operativa de Motorola Solutions en terreno, liderando la supervisión de técnicos/as y contratistas para garantizar la continuidad de servicios vitales.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:
- Liderazgo y Supervisión en Terreno:
Dirigir técnica y operativamente a equipos en trabajos de alta complejidad, garantizando el cumplimiento riguroso de los protocolos de higiene, seguridad y gestión de riesgos.

Gestión de Infraestructura Crítica: Ejecutar administraciones correctivas y preventivas en la red para asegurar que los niveles de servicio y los indicadores de desempeño se mantengan bajo los estándares de excelencia comprometidos.

Optimización y Mejora Continua:
Identificar incidentes recurrentes para proponer soluciones definitivas y liderar proyectos de mejora que optimicen la eficiencia de los sistemas de misión crítica.
- Evolución Tecnológica de la Red:
Asumir la responsabilidad técnica en los procesos de actualización y modernización de los sistemas, colaborando con equipos especializados para asegurar la vigencia tecnológica de la infraestructura.
- Gestión de Información y Reportabilidad:
Elaborar informes técnicos de alto nivel y mantener la documentación de infraestructura actualizada para proporcionar alarmas tempranas sobre el estado de los recursos.
Basic Requirements:
- Dominio Técnico:
Conocimientos sólidos en redes Motorola Dimetra, software de programación de enlaces de microondas y operación de sitios de repetición.
- Experiencia Profesional:
Trayectoria de 2 a 3 años en roles de soporte para perfiles profesionales, o experiencia de 5 años para perfiles técnicos, demostrando madurez en la toma de decisiones.
- Capacidad Operativa:
Disposición y aptitud física para realizar trabajos en altura física y espacios confinados, cumpliendo siempre con las normativas de seguridad vigentes.
- Competencia Lingüística:
Dominio del idioma inglés en nivel intermedio alto, con capacidad escrita y conversacional para la interacción técnica profesional.
- Perfil Académico:
Profesional titulado/a en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Civil Electrónica, o Técnico/a de Nivel Superior con la experiencia requerida.
