SCM is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, Data Skip and Impound division of Motorola Solutions. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. Job Description:
NOTE: This posiiton is not remote and is on-site in Dallas, Texas. This position has a 1 day work from home after training.
We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who are assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure units for our clients. This position is responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.
- Impound Coordinators review impound accounts for pick up / opposition, and assign vehicles for repossession.
- Review charges assessed by impound lots and repair shops to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments.
- Service inbound calls in accordance with guidelines provided.
- Properly document all account activity in the system of record.
- Utilize several internal/external business applications and technology to perform routine line of business of activities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year Impound related experience
Target Base Salary $41,600 USD
