Department Overview

The purpose of Supply Chain & Operations is to deliver exceptional value and customer experience through agility, speed, and collaboration. Job Description:

What would be your scope of responsibilities:

• daily cooperation with Delivery Management, Order Management, Logistics, DC in Germany and other teams;

• connecting with internal and external teams in different countries on operational alignment;

• releasing orders and working over their correct processing;

• help with resolving issues;

• creating, updating daily reports;

• ad-hoc analysis / reports as required to support operations needs

Basic Requirements:

What we expect:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain or any related field

• understanding of the Supply Chain Operations environment and processes

• advanced Excel skills

• general computer Google apps skills

• fluency in spoken and written English

• personality with a positive attitude, change acceptance and willingness to take up challenges and provide solutions

• ability to work in a team, self-motivation and being capable of working pro-actively

• ability to work with minimal supervision & strong execution focus

• knowing Oracle & Tableau will be an added advantage

• any additional experience would be an asset
