We're seeking someone to join our team as Director in the Divisional Management team. Operations Transformation partners with Operations users, Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within the Firmwide Operations division.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑product backlog, translating business requirements into well‑defined epics, user stories and acceptance criteria within JIRA dashboard.

  • Ensure project documentation like project card, effective workflow visuals are created and maintained in well-defined and traceable structure

  • Provide end‑to‑end delivery oversight, ensuring scope, dependencies, risks and non‑functional requirements are clearly understood and actively managed within agreed timelines using Agile delivery practices.

  • Lead governance and delivery forums to communicate progress, key decisions, risks, and forward‑looking next steps to stakeholders.

  • Enable and guide the delivery squad through timely decision‑making, clear prioritization and trade‑offs, proactively removing blockers and managing expectations.

  • Maintain clear, transparent communication with business and technology stakeholders on delivery progress, slippages and outcomes.

  • Partner closely with the transformation team on intake and triage processes to ensure demand is assessed, prioritised and aligned to strategic objectives.

  • Own the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of delivery dashboards and reporting, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the overall program governance model, identifying improvement opportunities and driving consistency, transparency and control.

  • Support the planning and execution of awareness, enablement and training initiatives aimed at driving adoption and effective usage of automation and productivity tools across the firm.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 6–10 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, or Product Manager along with some business analysis expertise, with hands‑on ownership of backlogs, sprint planning and delivery in fast‑paced Agile environments.

  • Documenting project artefacts like TO-BE and AS IS process workflow using any business process visualization tool like Visio, Project timeline, Reporting dashboard like PowerBI.

  • Strong exposure to automation and RPA, with experience delivering automated solutions end‑to‑end.

Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross‑functional, multi‑location teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Domain experience within Banking or Financial Services (e.g. Operations, Compliance, or Investment Banking), with a solid understanding of risk, controls and governance‑driven delivery.

Tooling experience with Power Automate ,JIRA, Confluence; Copilot exposure is a plus.

  • Adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn evolving technologies aligned to firm strategy and operate as a fungible team member.
