We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in the Legal and Compliance division.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within the LCD Business Management team.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Review productivity and improvement requests; determine suitable solutions using advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, data consolidation and automation techniques.

  • Lead Copilot adoption across teams by identifying use cases, training users, supporting change management and driving sustained, measurable outcomes.

  • Identify, prioritize and implement efficiency opportunities through analysis, stakeholder discussions and hands on solution delivery.

  • Plan, design, build, test and deploy automated solutions using Morgan Stanley LCD approved tools to address business needs.

  • Maintain and enhance tools that support a scalable productivity and automation model.

  • Document business requirements, technical designs and delivered solutions to ensure long term sustainability.

  • Create training materials, guidance and support documentation to enable self service usage across teams.

  • Build prototypes and proof of concept solutions to inform strategic decisions around technology and automation.

  • Provide training, coaching and technical guidance to team members and nominated LCD personnel.

  • Mentor and coach junior team members and designated LCD talent on automation and AI led practices.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technology, consulting, automation or productivity solution development.

  • Strong track record of driving Microsoft Copilot adoption, including strategy design and prompt writing, use case development, user enablement and impact measurement.

  • Advanced hands on expertise in Share Point online, Office 365 suites, including building new sites and upgrading existing ones.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, VBA Macros), Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.

  • Practical experience with VBA, SQL, Microsoft Access and Share Point based solutions.

  • Proven experience designing and developing automated solutions such as VBA macros, reporting tools and productivity applications.

  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies and design streamlined future state workflows.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with sound judgment.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple initiatives and work well under pressure.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across local and global teams

  • Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science / Information Systems/ Engineering / Data / Analytics

  • Business or Operations with strong tech exposure

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Master's degree (MBA or MS in Technology/Information Systems)Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP/PRINCE2, Power Platform, Microsoft 365/Copilot, Agile
