Role Title- Electronic Trading Client Analytics:

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a INSERT role to INSERT 1 draft sentence to describe the function of this role – this must be a high-level overview that is easily interpreted by the candidate and serves to instantly sell them on the position. In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions

What you'll do in the role:

This role involves working with and supporting the Electronic Trading Product and Distribution team, with main focus on client analytics and e-client management.

  • Analyze e-Trading performance and client data to identify trends, opportunities and anomalies, and proactively work with internal stakeholders and external venues like BBG/TWEB to drive the business forward

  • Develop global client analytics including management dashboards for better optimization of the electronic trading business.

  • Daily monitoring and surveillance of our pricing streams and axes

  • Tiering clients through rigorous data analysis and input from sales & trading management on strategic goals

  • Research and industrialize new business metrics, working in close collaboration with e-strats and trading team

  • Managing client data requests/pipeline

  • Working closely with technology teams on automation and enhancements.

  • Managing sales pipeline for client onboarding on e-venues and working with the on-boarding team on process improvement

Educational Background

Required: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or mathematics.

Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent degree from a reputed school

Prior experience/background

2 -4 years of experience in fixed income division at a tier 1 bank

Candidate must have:

**•**Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • SQL and/or KDB/Q

  • Python

  • VBA/Macro and other coding expertise for spreadsheet analysis and automation

  • Knowledge of fixed income products

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Driven and motivated

Preferred skills:

**•**Knowledge of EM rates market

  • Microsoft Visio
