Job Description

You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

  • SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office

  • Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility

Education / Certifications:

  • University Degree or College diploma preferred.

Job specific requirements:

  • +2 years supply chain experience preferably in CPG, Retail or Pharmaceutical industries.

  • Experience with customer-facing roles a strong asset

Travel requirements:

  • Periodic customer on-site meetings as required: will require access to a personal vehicle.

Work schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid

  • The expected base salary range for this position is $76,800 to $96,000CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

  • Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
