You will protect the business by ensuring fresh product availability to maximise revenue, and by avoiding aging products to minimize obsoletes and impact to the company profit.

Strong Collaboration across commercial teams, and demand and supply network will be critical to deliver on both targets, as well as proactive problem solving and agility to act.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support the Customer Service target of 98.5% Service, minimized clearance and write-offs.
  • Manage supply continuity: analysis of stock coverages per product to support sales & manage scarcity, influencing on Supply Planning for production changes.
  • Discuss service impact mitigation actions with Sales and Customer Service.
  • Analyzing stock freshness key indicators in order to have the required product shelf life available for our customer requirements.
  • Support the team to influence cross functional teams to have the best possible actions for optimized sales with available productions.
  • Participate and drive continuous improvement program for processes & tools, including our recent holistic service management dashboard, developing new requirements and automating flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within CS&L (e.g., demand planning, warehouse management, transportation) to gather insights and align improvement efforts.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc KPI reports with strong data quality & automation, enhancing visibility and identifying areas of improvement for corrective action taking

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand, interpret and convey information from data
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
  • Experience within demand and supply environment
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Tableau and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Job specific requirements

  • Between 2-3 years’ experience in demand / supply planning
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, APO)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools
  • KPI Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain and logistics KPIs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • English fluent
  • Portuguese nice to have
