Mondelēz has six manufacturing plants in Australia. This exciting opportunity is based at our Gourmet Food manufacturing site in Dandenong South, where you play a key role providing administrative support and much more to the Site.

The plant makes one of the largest and diverse range of premium cracker products under one roof globally, our new state of the art production facility provides both the flexibility and scale to remain relevant with our important retail partners. Manufacturing brands such as Olina's Bakehouse, OB's Finest and Crispbic, Gourmet Food is fast becoming recognised as the ‘entertaining’ specialist.

How you will contribute Site Administration

  • Sorting and managing/distributing inbound mail and deliveries.
  • Physically assessing inventory (consumables, PPE/uniform, non-customer inbound deliveries), ensuring stock levels meet the site needs.
  • Supporting internal events and large meetings/visits (catering, room set up etc)
  • Acting as the site purchasing, supporting DNS with purchasing requests
  • Data entry and file management

Capability

  • Conduct and support skill/capability assessments
  • Partners with leads to organise and schedule training for core team members across site.
  • Update and drive the utilisation of the site skill matrix – playing a key role as a part of the site E&T pillar
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to core team workplace coaches and leading hands
  • Partner with operations team to create and update SOPs
  • Ensure training compliance (updating skills matrix, training records and training material)

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in training coordinator/administrator role

  • Cert 4 Training & Assessment (advantageous)

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Exposure to SAP

  • Safety-first mindset

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, taking a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Solution minded; collaborative team player

  • Ability to perform duties which involve manual handling (lifting, bending, sorting, moving of goods around site)
