This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.

How you will contribute

You will:

• You will:

• Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability.

• Develop the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and builds capability of the team to execute it; Be part of the PM Pillar, Own dedicated PM systems and work process at the plant level; Own dedicated specific regulatory technical equipment.

• Implement analytical tools within the maintenance program; Foster equipment loss eradication/prevention culture; Eradicate chronical losses and equipment weaknesses; Run BDA & FMEA teams; Participate at projects implementation (new equipment, technology, CAPEX) as team member.

• Spend at least 50% of the time on the shopfloor, coaching and training technicians and helping them in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and building preventive measure to avoid repeated breakdowns; Participate on cost reduction and spare parts optimization; Cooperate with third-party suppliers and contractors.

What you will bring

• IL6S or TPM system, focused on production area.

• Advanced maintenance tools (RCA/BDA, Maintenance program implementation, FMEA, RCM).

• SAP PM module

• Advanced user (Maintenance plans, Task lists, Maintenance strategy, BoM)

• HACCP protocol (food safety, food defense)

• Ability to work within multi-cultural environment

• Fluent English, or other language.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 2.600 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
