Your challenges

As RDQI Intern, you will report to a Meals R&D Packaging Scientist and will support the Packaging Team in the following tasks:

· Support on the organization and execution of different packaging projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, including line trials, discussion with suppliers…

· Participation on productivity, sustainability and new materials investigation projects

· Technical reports, analysis and interpretation of results that lead to conclusions and recommendations. Technical curiosity and collaborative mindset.

· Gain hands-on experience in our factory, with the focus on working with the following material families: corrugated, flexibles & rigid.

· Work together with experienced technical experts that will help you to develop your knowledge within the packaging world.

Qualifications

· Studying Food Technology/Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc, with a strong academic record.

· General knowledge of packaging materials & how they interact with food

· Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish, other European languages are an advantage (German)

· Previous internship/job experience valued

· International experience/profile valued (ex. Erasmus)

· Well-organized, team oriented and enthusiastic about working with an international team

· Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy

· Drive for Results, planning and Priority Setting

Internship duration:6 months + potential another 6 months
