About the Role

This position reports to: Order Handling Manager

This is a part-time position based in Oiartzun (Gipuzkoa).

As an Order Handling Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders and the efficient delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
• Ensure the achievement of established targets, such as on‑time delivery, through monitoring and defining improvement actions when necessary
• Guarantee the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Logistics and other internal and/or external teams and prioritize customer inquiries and requests
• Review and analyze performance against objectives and prepare improvement plans
• Develop, implement, and maintain customer service processes, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, guidelines, tools, and policies, while sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization

Qualifications

• Specific qualifications are not required; however, knowledge of logistics would be considered a valuable asset
• While experience is appreciated, it is not a requirement, as we are committed to providing training to the selected candidate
• A B2 or C1 level of English is essential, as the role will require the use of English for both written and spoken communication
