You help manufacturing line leaders deliver on Mondelēz International’s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets to ensure processes run smoothly by coaching line teams and using tools to eliminate losses, troubleshoot line problems and improve systems.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in helping us change how the world snacks. You will work closely with line leaders to ensure that Mondelēz International meets our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets on our manufacturing lines to ensure processes run smoothly. Most of your time will be spent working independently on the manufacturing floor, identifying and fixing problems, improving systems, and being responsible for your equipment, but you will also be responsible for statistical processing control and will lead small-group activities to build line team capabilities to eliminate losses.

• Continuous improvement as it relates modern manufacturing concepts, total productive maintenance and Six Sigma
• Leading and coaching line teams
• Handling challenging interpersonal situations and influencing people in a union environment
• Communicating verbally and in writing with attention to detail
• Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word) and experience with SAP is preferable

Process Engineer

Als (Junior) Process Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van onze processen en het elimineren van verliezen. Je stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering en werkt samen met verschillende teams om de SQDCSM-parameters (Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Levering, Kosten, Duurzaamheid en Moraal) te optimaliseren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Als PE werk je actief mee aan het optimaliseren van het productieproces en het verhogen van de efficiëntie. Je zorgt ervoor dat procesparameters correct worden vastgelegd en toegepast, zodat de productielijnen optimaal functioneren.
• Daarnaast bouw je expertise op binnen je vakgebied en deel je jouw kennis met collega’s, teamleaders en operatoren. Samen met het productieteam til je het vakmanschap naar een hoger niveau.
• Bij afwijkingen, zoals grondstofparameters of verstoringen in productiegegevens, neem je een proactieve rol op. Je brengt deze problemen in kaart, informeert de juiste stakeholders en onderneemt gerichte acties om verliezen en waste te minimaliseren.
• Je biedt ondersteuning en advies aan leidinggevenden en operatoren bij uitdagingen in het productieproces en draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering.

Ervaring

• Analytisch denkvermogen: Je trekt de juiste conclusies en zet deze om in gerichte acties die je nauwgezet opvolgt.
• Expertise in product en productieproces: Je verdiept je in de materie om als specialist op te treden.
• Organisatorisch sterk: Je plant en coördineert testen op de productielijnen en betrekt de juiste stakeholders.
• Talenkennis: Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
• Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met analysetools zoals Excel en Minitab is een meerwaarde.
• Continuous Improvement: Basiskennis van Lean, Six Sigma en TPM is een troef.
