Engineering Operations (Eng Ops) keeps the Microsoft Cloud reliable, secure, and ready. Operating as one integrated, continuously learning organization, Eng Ops runs a closed operational loop where incidents, risks, telemetry, and customer signals drive code, platform, and standards improvements, which are verified and scaled across Azure and the Microsoft Clouds. We design solutions that prevent issues before they happen, embed AI-powered automation, and turn signals into actions that deliver measurable customer impact. Our culture of empowerment, inclusion, and growth mindset defines how we work.

  • We are seeking a Senior Business Program Manager

This role operates in a fast‑paced, global environment and plays a critical role in building capability and curating employee and org health signals to keep Eng Ops at the forefront of operational excellence as our business and industry evolve.
