Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) is Microsoft's commercial organization, responsible for how the company engages with customers and partners globally. As a Cloud Solution Architecture (CSA) Intern, you will learn how to act as the voice of the customer and partner, assist in identifying and translating customer challenges into industry solutions, and contribute to delivering a seamless and connected customer experience. You will receive coaching and guidance from experienced peers while developing your technical and business capabilities. You will also support the LATAM Dev Squad, a team focused on strategic projects that collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to build innovative and high-quality solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.

• Responsibilities- Deliver solutions aligned with Microsoft methodologies and customer goals
• Identify opportunities for cloud adoption and usage growth
• Guide customers toward secure, optimized cloud solutions
• Gather and use customer feedback to improve delivery
• Collaborate with clients and partners on project scopes and requirements
• Participate in agile development, continuous improvement/deployment, and security best practices
• Contribute to scalable solutions and grow technical knowledge through team and community engagement

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) at an intermediate or higher level.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, and infrastructure as code tools
• Basic understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies
• Exposure to agile methodologies, Git, and GitHub
• Interest in Data & AI projects and system observability practices
