Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
• Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and Docu Sign architecture needs
• Be the chief technology expert for all these applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Mule Soft).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.
