Overview:
Help deliver best-in-class Web & Mac experiences for Microsoft AI. You’ll support the lead PM in shaping desktop-class and modern web interfaces that are beautiful, accessible, and fast—crafting information architecture, interaction patterns, and performance goals across breakpoints and devices. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented PM who thrives in execution and collaboration:
- Ships user-facing desktop/web products with high UX fidelity and accessibility.
- Partners with Design Systems to scale components/tokens and ensure cross-surface cohesion.
- Balances performance and fidelity with rigorous experimentation and telemetry.
- Aligns multi-team dependencies to deliver seamless journeys end-to-end.
- Communicates clearly, drives clarity, and removes blockers in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities:
Execute on web/macOS scenarios end-to-end; define IA, interaction patterns, and component reuse.
Drive performance & reliability KPIs (FMP, input latency, memory) and support experimentation.
Partner with Design on design-system alignment, accessibility (WCAG), internationalization, and responsive behavior.
Coordinate dependencies (identity, payments, content, safety) to deliver cohesive multi-surface journeys.
Report progress and risks to stakeholders; anticipate blockers and drive mitigation.
Build durable telemetry, quality bars, and operational rhythms to sustain velocity and UX quality.
- Qualifications Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (or equivalent experience) AND 5+ years in Product Management.
- Proven track record shipping desktop and/or web experiences at scale with accessibility baked in.
- Strong system-level thinking across platform capabilities, browser constraints, and performance tradeoffs.
Preferred Qualifications- Design/UX background strongly preferred; ability to read/write detailed UX specs. - Familiarity with macOS HIG and modern web app foundations (React/TypeScript, perf tooling).
- Experience with AI features and data-informed iteration.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
