Responsibilities:

• Inspect and judge reticles following standard operating procedures (SOP) or training knowledge.
• Operate in the Fab and Photo area, maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Successfully implement day and night shift rotations to support continuous production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Proactively acquire and apply relevant knowledge to maintain outstanding performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results.
• Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
• Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality.

Education and Experience:

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience ; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated capability to learn and apply new skills quickly and effectively.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is desirable but not mandatory.
