1. Review and judge Image WIS/WISeCAM OOC/OOA Lot/Wafer on Photoapps Web.

2. Review WIS/WISeCAM inspection image have false alarm, inform WIS sponsor optimization recipe.

3. Issue Lot/Wafer check Micron central/data navigator/Sigma/Y3/Klarity/FDC…etc system record.

4. OOC/OOA PH Issue Wafer mail inform PH to rework abnormal wafer.

5. OOC/OOA Issue Wafer TCC comment tool and unit after mail inform area check tool/unit status.

6. Unknown issue Lot/Wafer (Photo rework invalid) add RDA scan defect check.

7.WIS unit HW issue inform PH EE check tool.
