HVM PEE Bench（Clean、Coat、Repair、Refurb）テクニシャンとして、スペアパーツの内製修理を推進するチームの一員として業務を担当します。本ポジションは、F15 Micronの戦略的なJapan Business Ecosystemの目的・目標達成に向け、各拠点のBenchチームおよび関連ビジネスパートナーと連携しながら業務を遂行します。

役割と責務- PCBの故障解析を行う

• 電装品の故障解析を行う
• はんだ作業を行い、簡単なリレー交換などの修理を実施する
• エアシリンダーなどの空圧機器について、故障解析、分解清掃および再組立てを行う
• 故障箇所および解析結果をエンジニアへ報告する
• データ整理、手順書作成などを通じてエンジニアの業務をサポートする
  募集要件（すべてを満たす必要はありません ）- 保全業務の経験を3年以上 有していること
• 装置構造、一般産業機器、部品、材料に関する 基礎的な工学知識 を有していること
• 学習意欲が高く、成長および自己開発に前向きであること
• 問題解決力および分析力を有していること
• 納期を意識し、粘り強く業務に取り組めること
• チームメンバーと協働できる 良好なコミュニケーション能力 を有していること
  必須条件- 高校卒業以上
• Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できること
• 日本語での業務遂行が可能であること（Japanese language skills required）
