• Location: F10N/X•Department: PD SG DRY ETCH•Project title: dry etch process development•Project description:–Objective is to carry out experiments to evaluate opportunities for process time reduction, material cost reduction and process variation reduction.
• Project Scope:–Understand the basics of dry etch processes and hardware fundamentals. –Learn one dry etch application at Micron. –Understand how to characterize the process and how dry etch process vectors/knobs impact the patterning on the product.
• Deliverable–Optimize existing process to reduce process time/cost/variation •Skillset: good communication, presentation skill, team player•Course of interest: physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering•Duration period: 6 months
