Sales Development Representative at Micron

A Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Micron is responsible for working with customers through our distribution channel. The ISR will maintain, grow customer relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met. The ideal candidate should present a target driven and sales mentality while driving to increase customer satisfaction through an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Deliver partner-facing, non‑technical enablement to improve partner effectiveness
• Manage partner lead intake, routing, and quality checks
• Validate and administer deal registrations and escalate conflicts when needed
• Maintain accurate CRM opportunity and activity records to support pipeline visibility
• Coordinate pricing, terms, supply, and contract approvals with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
