As Assembly Production Supervisor at Micron Technology, Inc., you will supervise the activities of a production staff in a manufacturing area. Plans and coordinates daily operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Prepares production, personnel, and quality reports to achieve production goals. Establishes operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Additional responsibilities include reporting organization and department project leading and coordination, participating in productivity enhancement, quality improvement, cycle time improvement and cost reduction activities, handling manufacturing team performance baseline and management.
