Role Purpose

Lead design, construction, and commissioning for high‑purity gas and chemical distribution systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing in designated Japan site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering design, installation, and qualification of bulk/specialty gas, chemical storage, blending, and distribution systems.
• Ensure full compliance with Japan High Pressure Gas Safety Law, Fire Service Act, and chemical handling regulations.
• Review construction drawings, material specs, safety interlocks, and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate closely with tool hook‑up, process engineering, and EHS teams.
• Support contractor oversight and ensure best‑in‑class safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
• 8 years in gas/chemical systems engineering in Japan.
• Strong understanding of high‑purity piping, VMB/VS, point‑of‑use delivery, hazardous materials laws.
• Japanese language required

Requirement:Work experience in Japan is mandatory.
