職務の主要業務と概要：

Fab15 Probeプロセステクニシャンは、Probe工程（品質検査工程）内で検知した装置異常及びシステムエラー発生時の製品処置対応が主な業務です。Fab15 Probe Areaにおける日々の安定稼働を支える為、シフト勤務者として現場の中核的な役割を担います。

Probe工程・装置・MES 運用を正しく理解し、工程の安定化、品質確保、トラブルの早期解決を通じて、生産目標と品質目標の達成に貢献します。

エンジニア（Process / Equipment / Software）と密に連携し、現場視点での改善・サポートを行うことが期待されます。

業務内容（以下に限定されない）：

• Micron MES を用いたProbe Areaのロット・ウェハの運用管理サポート
• システム異常時の一次対応、影響範囲の把握、関係者への連絡と連携
• 品質・Probe工程データの収集、簡易分析、問題点の共有及びエンジニアへ対応依頼
• Micron の安全方針・安全ルール（6S）を遵守した作業の実施
• Probe工程ルール・Micron品質ルール（12の規律）の遵守確認
• 作業不適合・Near Miss 発生時の上司への報告/連絡/相談および再発防止への協力
• Probe Process / Equipment / Software エンジニアとの日常連携
• Engineer が実施するシステム変更・改善活動のサポート
• オペレーション、品質、エンジニアリング部門との協働
• 指示・ガイドラインに基づく現場展開とフィードバック

必須条件：

• 高校卒業以上
• 日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills
• Microsoft Office（Excel／Word／PowerPoint）の基本操作
• シフト勤務が可能な方

資格（すべて満たしている必要はなし）：

• Fab／Probe 工程および装置に関する基礎知識
• Micron MES など製造系システムの基本的な理解・運用経験
• 標準手順（SOP）・指示内容を正確に理解し、現場に展開できる能力
• 現場でのトラブル一次対応・問題切り分け能力
• チーム内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

勤務時間：

シフト勤務4勤4休 （昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・のサイクルです） 昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15
