-Communicate product status, risks, and issues to relevant engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders.

-Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product types, specifications, equipment changes, and process modifications.

-Recognize when engineering escalation is required and engage appropriate engineering resources.

-Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities; drive problem resolution using data‑driven approaches.

-Define data requirements and extract data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and reliability.

-Present analytical results using appropriate formats such as databases, charts, graphs, and reports.

-Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies to resolve complex technical and quality issues.

-Make sound decisions based on data analysis and clearly articulate conclusions.

-Anticipate potential problems, evaluate root causes, and develop effective corrective action plans.

-Troubleshoot line issues and QDR‑related problems to minimize operational impact.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on action items to ensure sustainable results.

-Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts related to excursions and quality events.
